Job Title : Business Process Analyst (Gap Analysis, As-Is/To-Be Modeling, Policy Impact 8+ yrs)

Location : Austin, TX (Onsite- Local candidates) (Within 50-mile radius)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Strong ability to research, gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze system requirements. Capable of identifying solutions, preparing concise reports, and solving complex problems while prioritizing critical information.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present reports that identify functional and operational gaps to executive stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to or developing as-is and to-be process models to identify opportunities for operational efficiency. Skilled in mapping business processes, identifying improvements, and planning enhancements.
• Experience analyzing program policies and procedures to determine their impact on automated systems and functional areas.
• Proven experience collaborating with functional teams to understand current and future needs not supported by existing processes or technology solutions.

• Experience building strong relationships with project stakeholders, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with stakeholders to identify, define, and document requirements.
• Experience developing strategic and SDLC project materials, including gap analyses, recommendations, roadmaps, requirements documentation, design documents, test cases, and use cases.
• UX design experience is a plus.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable system requirements.
• Conduct detailed research and prepare analytical reports for leadership review.
• Develop or support development of process models and workflow diagrams to drive business efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Evaluate policies, procedures, and system integrations to recommend improvements.
• Support the creation of SDLC artifacts such as requirements documents, test cases, roadmaps, and design documentation.
• Present findings, recommendations, and process enhancements to executive leadership and project teams.
