Amy's Bread is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at one of our locations! As we continue to elevate our coffee program, we’re looking for a professional who can craft exceptional espresso drinks while delivering the high- level customer service our guests expect. If you have a passion for artisanal foods, are a natural communicator, and thrive in a fast- paced environment, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:Craft espresso drinks with precision and care to ensure every beverage is perfect.
Provide exceptional customer service , creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and enhancing their experience.
Educate customers about our products, including how they can enjoy them at home.
Work closely with the Management Team to monitor store operations, sales, and inventory.
Assist with food preparations ( toasting, slicing, etc.) to ensure the freshest offerings.
Handle cash register duties , processing transactions efficiently.
Experience as a barista in a high- quality coffee shop or café.
Proven ability to sell and recommend products in a retail food environment.
A true passion for food — whether it's sharing knowledge, discussing recipes, or simply enjoying great meals.
Exceptional communication skills , with a talent for building strong relationships with customers.
A charismatic, self- starting personality , eager to take pride in delivering excellent service.
2-4 years of experience in a food or café environment.
Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays , with flexible scheduling.
