Moises Bakery Hallandale in Hallandale Beach, FL is looking for one experienced baker to join our Bakery team. We are located at 115 E Hallandale Beach Blvd Moises Bakery. Our ideal candidate arrives on time, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize properly items in cold storage
• Monitor adequate proofing
• Bake every shift all items required with consistency and quality
• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix and blend batters
• Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
• Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
• Ice, glaze and decorate baked goods
• Prepare and maintain inventory
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
• Operate vertical full rack oven, proofer, bread slicer demonstrating knowledge of safety protocols

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience as a Baker
• Enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude with a desire to grow and develop
• Must be able to work well with others and take direction
• Have an understanding of basic math – Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication required
• Have an updated resume with three references
• MUST be available for the early morning shift, weekends, and holidays
• Strong sense of organization
• Able to Muti- Task and be Detail - Oriented
• Able to lift 60 lb+ (bag of flour)
• Able to stand for long periods of time
