Job Description

Associate Attorney with 1 to 10 years of experience in workers' compensation / personal injury law on the plaintiff side. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of these areas, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of predominantly workers' compensation cases from initial consultation through resolution.
* Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
* Represent clients in negotiations, depositions, and court appearances.
* Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings.
* Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address their concerns.
* Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to offer accurate and effective legal advice.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
* 1 to 10 years of experience handling personal injury cases on the plaintiff side.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Illinois legal procedures and regulations in these areas.
* Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Professional demeanor and a client-focused approach.
