I'm currently seeking an Associate Attorney that is interested in joining Nationwide plaintiff firm. This is a unique opportunity to work with talented attorneys handling pharmaceutical and product liability cases. Our client is well respected and very reputable. The Attorney in this role will be responsible for assessing potential cases based on medical records and facts. A successful candidate will be able to draft pleadings, respond to discovery, handle client communication and provide additional litigation support as needed within the department. Time management and ability to handle a higher volume of cases is necessary. A great opportunity for growth within the firm and long-term success within your career.

* 1-5 years of litigation experience- preferably from the plaintiff side
