WHAT YOU'LL EARN:
As an Assistant Shop Leader, you'll start at 45% commission and scale up to 55%! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our leaders usually take home an average of $18.50 - $24/hour.

You'll help recruit top talent, manage inventory, and lead by example behind the chair.
