Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell seeks a highly motivated attorney to join her Office’s Consumer Protection Division as an Assistant Attorney General. The Division enforces the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 93A) and seeks to protect consumers from abusive practices in debt collection, automobile sales, mortgage lending, and student lending, among many other areas. Racial justice is a strategic priority of the Office, and we aim to serve the most vulnerable consumers in the Commonwealth.
Full‑time / Exempt. Our current hybrid model includes some remote workdays for most positions. On office days, employees are required to report to one of our designated office locations, either in Boston or at a regional office.
This position may be based in the Boston Office, Springfield Regional Office, New Bedford Regional Office, or Worcester Regional Office. Office location will be determined based on the candidate’s expressed preference and space availability.
$87,500 to $130,595, commensurate with JD year.
