Admissions Director (Bilingual – Spanish Required)

Job Overview

Coral Reef Subacute Care Center is seeking an experienced Admissions Director who is bilingual in English and Spanish to lead and manage the admissions process in our subacute care setting. This role is essential in driving census growth, coordinating seamless admissions, and serving as a liaison between hospitals, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Admissions Director Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the admissions process, including referrals, evaluations, and placements
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with patients, families, hospitals, and referral sources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners
• Coordinate admissions with nursing, therapy, and clinical leadership
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulatory standards
• Track admissions data, census, and conversion rates
• Participate in marketing and census development initiatives

Admissions Director Qualifications

• Prior admissions or business development experience in a skilled nursing or subacute care setting required
• Fluency in Spanish and English required
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, managed care, and insurance authorization processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
